At Hill’s we’re committed to making food that you and your pets will love. We stand behind our products and if you or your pet is not satisfied for any reason, please return it to the place of purchase with your receipt for a full refund or replacement.
How To Claim Our Guarantee
All authorised Hill’s retailers will be willing to accept your return under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please return the unused portion of the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase directly to the retailer and request your full refund or replacement.
Some online retailers may expect you to post the product back to them directly, please reach out to them directly for guidance.
If you are unable to return your product to your retailer, call our Hill’s Helpline and chat to us about where and when you purchased your product.
Hill’s reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Hill’s Pet Nutrition 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
The Hill’s Pet Nutrition 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorised sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser / consumer. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase to online retailers.
